As a financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner, Anasuya Kabad is passionate about helping business owners and high net worth families build a strong financial foundation. In addition, she actively provides service to the firm’s long-standing clients and assists the firm with portfolio management and investment research. Having joined Jaykay Wealth Advisors in 2014, she plans to continue founder, Jay Kabad’s legacy of service and trust with the next generation. In 2023, her success in transitioning the business was recognized the Women In Wealth Management Awards, where she won the Transition Triumph Award.
Anasuya completed the CFP® Graduate Certificate program from Rice University. She is a Registered Representative for LPL Financial, and has passed the General Securities Representative Exam (Series 7 held with LPL Financial) and Uniform Combined State Law Exam (Series 66 held with LPL Financial and Jaykay Wealth Advisors). She is also licensed to sell health, life and long-term care insurance in Texas.
Anasuya grew up in Sugarland, Texas. She graduated with honors from the University of Chicago in 2012 with a degree in public policy, where she also played NCAA Division III volleyball. She then worked for ZS Associates, an international consulting firm that specializes in sales and marketing strategy. At ZS, Anasuya worked with top management of the largest pharmaceutical companies, conducting market research and synthesizing data to inform their global brand and salesforce strategy.
Anasuya currently serves on the advisory board of Daya, a non-profit that provides culturally specific resources and counseling to South Asian survivors of interpersonal violence. In 2023, she was awarded the Emerging Impact Leader Award by the Invest in Others Foundation, an industry foundation that supports advisors in their philanthropy and community efforts. With this award, Daya received a $60,000 grant in unrestricted funding.
